Server Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team at California Food Management LLC. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Execute the Service Success Steps to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate guest food orders and service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of IHOP menu items, promotions, and policies.
• Comply with health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Perform cleaning duties and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to IHOP uniform and appearance standards.

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write guest checks and simple correspondence.
• Ability to read and speak English well enough to understand guest checks, read instructions, and communicate with guests.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with moderate noise levels. The employee will be exposed to fumes or airborne particles on occasion.
