Job Summary

Vistra Communications, Llc is hiring a Research Analyst to support Department of Defense clients.

Duties:
  1. Conduct literature reviews and assess research quality to provide accurate findings and recommendations.
  2. Support social science, public health, and workplace climate research efforts through effective collaboration and communication.
  3. Present data and research results to non-technical audiences through clear and concise language.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in public health, or related social science field and 3+ years directly related experience;
  • Doctoral degree (complete or ABD) in public health, sociology, epidemiology, or a related social science field preferred;
  • Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating health promotion policies and programs;
  • Must have a Secret clearance;
  • US Citizenship Required.
