Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Houlihan's Restaurant and Bar. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar top, shelves, and equipment.
• Restock bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and balancing the bar.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service.

• Basic knowledge of bartending techniques and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.

The Bartender will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to heat, steam, and noise. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending to reach shelves and equipment.

The Bartender will report to the Bar Manager or Manager on Duty, who will provide direction and training on specific procedures and assignments.

The ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of bartending techniques and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling are also essential.
