Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Document patient information accurately and timely, ensuring seamless communication with the healthcare team.
  • Assess and educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques and disease management.
  • Collaborate with RNs and physicians to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

Requirements:

  • Valid LPN license with at least one year of work experience.
  • CPR certification and PPD certification.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
