Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU Stepdown team at Quality Talent Group. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Current Maryland RN license or licensure in a compact state that allows practice in Maryland.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
- BSN preferred, but not required.
- Previous specialty clinical experience preferred for specialty units.
- CPR and ACLS certification required.
