  • Engage customers with open-ended inquiries to better understand their preferences.
  • Inform customers about various grill types and grilling methods.
  • Suggest complementary items to enhance the overall outdoor experience.
  • Guide customers on the correct use and maintenance of products.
  • Ensure a pristine presentation of the sales floor.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with customers who visited the store.
  • Receive and organize incoming inventory shipments.
  • Prepare sales agreements and process payments through various methods.
  • Handle transactions by calculating totals and processing payments.
  • Proactively seek leads by collaborating with local businesses.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills for tracking sales quotes and completed transactions.
  • Demonstrate basic writing skills for internal and external communication.
  • Be open to traveling to nearby locations for operational support.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge.
  • Support colleagues as needed.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Possess basic computer skills for using sales systems and online resources.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The position is primarily based in a retail environment, necessitating standard safety measures. It involves standing for extended periods throughout the day.

Compensation
