Job Title: Clinician

About the Role:

RI International is seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team. As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing recovery-oriented therapeutic counseling to individuals in crisis. Your expertise will help individuals develop a recovery service plan, orient them to our program, and facilitate their treatment and recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recovery service plans for individuals in crisis.
  • Provide recovery-oriented therapeutic counseling to engage individuals in their individual recovery journey.
  • Orient individuals to the program by collaborating and assessing needs, identifying challenges, and facilitating the development of goals in the treatment and recovery process.
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and treatment plans for services.
  • Assess individuals' needs and provide appropriate support and referral.
  • Provide short-and long-term recovery-oriented therapeutic counseling and education on a group or individual basis.
  • Provide family education and family counseling.
  • Complete clinical documentation as required.
  • Facilitate recovery education courses.

Requirements:

  • State professional certification, where applicable.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Effective listening skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Associate, Provisional, or Dependent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required.
