Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to customers' needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle.
  • Present financial solutions that meet customers' goals and objectives.
  • Partner with local businesses to identify and develop new customers.
  • Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.
  • Preferred: Bilingual - Spanish.
