Compensation: $13.25-$14/hr. plus bonus potential

Shift: This is a full-time position (30+ hrs/week) with overnight hours typically from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Your Responsibilities as a Retail Team Associate:

  • Assist customers as a Cashier or in Food Service, depending on business needs.
  • Manage the register, fuel console, and kitchen equipment while accurately processing payments.
  • Prepare and cook food according to established recipes, ensuring food displays are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, keeping areas free of litter and spills.
  • Ensure kitchen equipment, counters, self-serve areas, and restrooms are sanitized and in optimal condition.
  • Restock supplies during store hours while remaining available to assist customers.
  • Conduct daily inspections of perishable items to ensure freshness and proper rotation.
  • Receive and organize deliveries, moving and stacking cases as needed.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding store operations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

You Will Thrive in This Role If You Have:

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in cashiering, customer service, food service, or as a prep cook.
  • A high level of energy and a friendly approach to resolving customer inquiries.
  • A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a belief in teamwork.
  • Basic math skills.
  • A Food Handlers Permit, if required (or willingness to obtain one).
