We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Maple Winds in Portage. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

• Direct and implement resident/patient Plans of Care.
• Perform resident/patient assessments and provide accurate documentation.
• Assist Physicians during examinations and procedures, and prepare equipment as needed.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms, maintaining accurate records.
• Administer prescribed medications and injections, and provide guidance to LPNs and CNAs.
• Collaborate with the RN Supervisor and/or Unit Manager to ensure smooth admissions and discharge processes.
