Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in Helena, Montana.

This is a 13-week contract with 36 hours of work per week, with a 6-hour night shift schedule.

The ideal candidate will have 18 months of prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Tech, be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified, and possess a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment, positioning patients for scans, and assisting radiologists with imaging procedures.

  • Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue.
  • Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
  • Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, including starting IVs and injecting contrast media.
  • Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans.
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and collate processed images in sequence of exposure.
  • Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions.
  • Charge procedures and supplies used to the patient record.
  • Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
