Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Childcare Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and educational environment for children, supporting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily lesson plans, incorporating various activities to promote learning and development.
  • Provide excellent care and support to children, including feeding, dressing, and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Establish and maintain open communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in monthly training meetings and other professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a clear background check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Possess a valid State Driver's License or Identification Card.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $38,000 - $43,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes paid vacation, holidays, and onsite computers/tables for teachers to create lesson plans.
