Position Overview

We are seeking Lead Software Engineers for diverse and unforeseen locations throughout the U

S (HQ:
Chicago, IL). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications. Engage in Agile software development processes from initial concept and requirements gathering to full-stack coding and testing. Document and present solutions, project estimations, and delivery timelines. Provide expert-level support on projects, including mentoring junior and mid-level software engineers. Conduct code reviews and offer operational assistance.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline, accompanied by five years of progressive experience in software development is required.

Essential Skills:

2 years of experience in each of the following:

full stack Agile development; .NET; Azure data; SQL; requirements gathering; code reviews; SSIS; SSRS; Visual Studio; project estimations and delivery; SharePoint migrations; REST API; RPA; Office365 Power Platform.

A background check and drug screening are mandatory. Remote work may be considered for candidates within commuting distance to the Chicago office.
