Haircut Specialist

We're a fast-paced salon seeking a skilled and enthusiastic hairstylist to join our team. Base salary plus immediate commissions and tips = $25-$35/hr.

As a stylist with Supercuts, you'll provide top-notch hair care services, including cuts, colors, and facial waxing with comprehensive training.

Job Responsibilities:

Our stylists deliver exceptional guest service, providing the full range of hair care services offered by Supercuts while maintaining high standards of quality and profitability.

Minimum Requirements:

• Cosmetology or barber license, as required by state/provincial regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Exceptional guest service skills, understanding guest needs, and performing services efficiently and professionally
• Ability to resolve guest issues
• Meet established sales goals

Physical Demands:

• Sustained standing periods
• Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
• Continuous repetitive movements with fingers, hands, wrists, and arms
• Grasping and reaching, often above shoulder level
• Exposure to various chemicals and fragrances used in services
• Closely observe guests' hair, including close vision, color vision, and adjusting focus
• Communicate with guests regarding services offered and requested, as well as their needs and preferences
• Occasional travel to out-of-town meetings, sometimes overnight
