Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable CDL Driver & Sales Associate to join our team in Kalispell, MT. This role combines the responsibilities of delivering products with providing exceptional customer service at our branch location.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, move, and store gas and liquid cylinders and other hard goods safely and efficiently.
  • Make deliveries to customers or other branches, ensuring accurate completion of delivery tickets and shipping papers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and comply with all DOT and OSHA regulations.
  • Counter Sales Responsibilities:
  • Assist walk-in customers by providing product information and processing sales transactions accurately.
  • Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively.
  • Assist in preparing quotes and orders for customers, ensuring all interactions are professional.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement or the ability to obtain both.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to read and write English.
  • Physical ability to move compressed gas and liquid cylinders; lift 50-75 pounds frequently and maneuver 100+ pound cylinders (rolling, using a cart, etc.).
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, Back Assessment, and company-administered road test.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
