Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop, and execute nursing care plans for patients in the Neuroscience ICU.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient management.
- Monitor and evaluate patient reactions to treatments, modifying care plans as needed.
- Engage in unit-based decision-making processes to improve patient safety and quality of care.
Position Specifications
Work Schedule: Full-time, night shifts, including alternating weekends and holidays.
Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Licenses and Certifications: Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania; Basic Life Support Certification from an approved provider.
