Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project management and operations teams to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
  • Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners to stay up-to-date on the latest safety standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
