Job Summary

Air General Incorporated is seeking a skilled Travel Services Greeter to provide exceptional customer service to travelers at our Tampa International Airport location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for passengers by greeting them, checking them in, and providing assistance with their travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to travelers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Check-in and Ticketing: Check in clients using reservation/ticketing software, rebooking itineraries, issuing boarding passes, and calculating and collecting any applicable fees.
  • Flight Information: Inform passengers about their flights, including any changes or updates, and provide guidance on their travel arrangements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal Coordinator team to ensure accurate processing of passenger information and timely flight departures.
  • Problem-Solving: Listen to passengers and resolve their issues in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring a positive experience for all travelers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Language: Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
  • Availability: Must be available to work varied shifts, including nights, and occasionally on weekends and holidays.
Benefits
  • Part-time: This is a part-time, variable, and event-based position with a base rate of $82.00 per 3-hour event.
  • Number of Assignments: The number of assignments may vary from week to week.
