  • Raise awareness of food safety and embed it in our company culture.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate food safety efforts across three facilities in support of our company's growth.
  • Maintain standards for processes and performance.
  • Ensure ongoing implementation of food safety programs and regulatory requirements across all manufacturing facilities.
  • Ensure all standards, processes, and protocols are in place and consistently adhered to.
  • Coach, develop, and set performance expectations with our quality and food safety team.
  • Maintain up-to-date information, procedures, and technology to increase innovation and ensure compliance.
  • Review technical problems and procedures impacting the department and recommend solutions.
