Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distillery Maintenance Technician to join our team at Heaven Hill Springs Distillery. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing complex maintenance duties, troubleshooting, and repairing distillery process equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting and repair of distillery process equipment
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on distillery process, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment
  • Support and execute plant-specific maintenance strategies to achieve distillery KPIs and overall maintenance performance
  • Cross-train to perform all maintenance technician tasks with high proficiency and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all safety, quality, and productivity KPIs are met or exceeded
Requirements
  • Associate degree or diploma in Industrial Maintenance or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role, preferably in the distilled spirits industry
  • Successful completion of Bennett Mechanical Test
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, self-directed work team with a focus on improving every day and working together to win
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to analyze data to present solutions
  • Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills
Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include frequent walking, standing, and use of hands and fingers to handle objects. The ability to work in hazardous or irritating environments, confined spaces, and adverse weather or temperature conditions is also required.
