About the Trudy Busch Valentine School of Nursing
This esteemed school, a vital part of one of the largest Catholic health sciences centers globally, has been a leader in nursing education since its inception in 1928. The School provides undergraduate, master's, and doctoral (DNP and Ph.D.) programs, all accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.
The School is equipped with a robust infrastructure to support faculty research and practice, offering innovative curricula designed to meet current and future healthcare demands.
Key Responsibilities
Nominations and applications are sought for a tenure track or tenured appointment in the Trudy Busch Valentine School of Nursing. This 9-month position entails:
- Possession of a PhD in nursing or a related discipline, alongside a master's degree in nursing.
- Demonstrated teaching proficiency, capable of instructing at the graduate or doctoral level.
- An active research agenda.
- Experience supervising PhD dissertations.
- Publications that reflect the standards of a doctoral program.
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Missouri.
Compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
