Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Activities Assistant, you will support the Activities Director in evaluating, selecting, organizing, and executing activities and recreational services tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of our residents.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, energetic, and engaging personality
  • Previous experience as an Activities Assistant in a long-term care, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or memory care setting is preferred
  • Activities Certification is a plus
  • At least one year of experience in conducting activities and recreational services within the last five years is preferred
  • Professional demeanor in both appearance and conduct
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
