Responsibilities:
  • Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
  • Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve goals, using effective communication and collaboration.
  • Practice using current clinical practice standards and promote a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
