Job Title: Greenhouse Maintenance Engineer

Coastal Blooms Nursery is seeking a highly skilled Greenhouse Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our greenhouse equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on greenhouse equipment, including HVAC systems, irrigation systems, and electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven work experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role in a team-based environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.
  • Ability to read system schematics and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
