Barback Assistant

**Job Summary**

The Bar Back at Rail City Casino is responsible for maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Stock Management**: Ensure that refrigerating units are stocked with wines and bottled beers, and that beer kegs are replaced in a timely manner.
• **Equipment Maintenance**: Wash and polish bar and equipment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• **Beverage Service**: Provide beverage service to guests when needed, and assist bartenders with drink preparation and serving.
• **Guest Service**: Request identification from guests when necessary, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• **Team Support**: Assist other team members as needed, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
