Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with medication management, including administering medications and documenting medication administration.
- Support residents with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Participate in resident care planning, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive care environment, promoting a culture of respect and compassion.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in a CNA program.
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
