About this RoleThis is a full-time position working 3 days a week from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting vital sign checks.
- Collaborate with registered nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid LPN license in the state of New York.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in an acute care setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in assessing patients, developing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- A strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology.
