Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Hands-On Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including installation, repair, and replacement of machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting Expertise: Use your analytical skills to identify and resolve issues with mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Proactive Solutions: Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Train production workers on routine maintenance tasks and provide expert advice to help troubleshoot issues.
  • Safety First: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.
  • Multi-Skilled Tasks: Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems with efficiency.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest shop machine manuals, processes, and industry guidelines.
  • Communication: Collaborate effectively with all levels of the company to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of related maintenance experience.
  • Skills: Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, manuals, and work orders.
  • Physical Stamina: Capable of standing, lifting up to 50 pounds frequently, climbing ladders, and working in varying conditions.
