- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to established cleaning schedules and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; one to two years of experience in a related field preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and make change (if applicable).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
