Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified School Based Behavioral Support Specialist to join one of our trusted school districts for the 2024-2025 school year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct classroom support to assigned teachers in the district
  • Assist students with behavioral management techniques throughout the day
  • Work 1-to-1 with assigned student(s) in the district to help facilitate their learning experience
Requirements
  • Previous school paraprofessional and/or teaching assistant experience preferred
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background check
Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $15-22 An Hour Based On Experience
  • Weekly Pay
  • Comprehensive insurance including medical, dental, vision, life, professional liability and long/short-term disability

  • W-2 employment through ProCare Therapy

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
