  • Mentorship and training of junior staff, enhancing team capabilities and knowledge.
  • Active participation in management discussions, contributing to long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Engagement in business development activities to promote the firm’s services.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax compliance.
  • Extensive experience in tax and accounting processes, particularly during peak periods.
  • In-depth knowledge of tax legislation and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Proficiency in conducting technical reviews of tax returns.
  • Strong focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude and ability to cultivate constructive business relationships.

Work Schedule
Full-Time, Monday to Friday, with required overtime during peak periods.
Compensation
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Work Environment
In-person engagement is required.
