About the Role

As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, and matching them with the right job opportunities. You'll work closely with our team to identify top talent and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

As an Account Manager, you'll work directly with hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. You'll be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package includes a base salary, commission, and bonuses. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k retirement plan, and paid time off.

Our average employee makes $73,000-$88,000 in year two, $121,000-$145,000 in year three, and $135,000-$194,000 in year four. We also offer annual sales contests with prizes including an all-expenses paid trip to the Bahamas, LTIPs, and a cash bonus starting at $7,500-$10,000.
