Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized plans to address these needs.
  • Attend IEP meetings to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement plans for students with communication disorders.
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including individual and group therapy sessions, as well as consultation with teachers and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as occupational therapists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive support to students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license.
  • ASHA certification is a plus.
  • Previous school experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders.
