Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Molder Associate to join our team at Spherion. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery to mold various products, inspecting finished products for quality control, and packaging and labeling products for shipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate molding machinery to produce high-quality products
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Pack and label products for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support the production team
