Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in an elementary school setting in Wayne, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students with diverse needs, including those with severe behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with a range of needs, including those with severe behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans.
  • Offer virtual speech therapy services to ensure comprehensive support for all students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in team meetings to contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current New Jersey state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students with severe behavioral challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
