We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in an elementary school setting in Wayne, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students with diverse needs, including those with severe behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with a range of needs, including those with severe behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Offer virtual speech therapy services to ensure comprehensive support for all students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings to contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current New Jersey state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred).
