Compensation Details:

  • We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $24.50, depending on experience.

About the Role:

As a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to our residents in a supportive and inclusive environment. Your key responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, and dressing, as well as participating in quality of life initiatives that promote resident satisfaction.

Your Impact:

  • You will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents, fostering a sense of community and connection among them.
  • You will work closely with our nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current and valid nursing assistant certification in the State of Illinois.
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing, preferably in a similar setting.
  • The ability to read, write, and understand verbal and written directions.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining a safe, respectful environment.
