Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: commensurate with experience

Key Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Aerospace Structural Composites
- Proficiency in HyperSizer analysis software
Core Responsibilities:
- Organize and prioritize tasks based on project objectives.
- Conduct detailed stress analysis of aircraft fuselage components, utilizing both classical hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Evaluate and analyze design modifications.
- Assess fatigue, static, and dynamic loads.
- Produce comprehensive stress substantiation reports.
- Develop or review structural qualification plans in alignment with OEM standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review and validate vendor drawings, stress reports, and test results as necessary.
- Collaborate with design engineers, project leads, suppliers, and technical management to ensure design compliance with project deliverables and regulatory standards.
- Participate in design reviews, presenting stress analysis findings and challenging design solutions.
- Compile progress reports to communicate deliverable objectives.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and urgency in completing assignments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Aerospace Stress Engineering
- Familiarity with analysis methods and tools
- Expertise in HyperSizer analysis software
- Experience with both Composite and Metallic structures
- Knowledge of static (FE and free body), fatigue, and transient analysis, including tools such as Nastran, Patran, and Abaqus.
- Able to perform detailed stress analysis using classical methods and Finite Element techniques.
- In-depth understanding of Engineering Mechanics and Strength of Materials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
