The CMS Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing client relationships through effective digital banking and cash management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of banking operations and CMS offerings, including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ACH, eWire, Remote Deposit Capture, Cash Vault Services, and Positive Pay (ACH & Check).
- Address inquiries and support requests while ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Accurately set up clients in relevant systems and provide training in associated areas.
- Offer technical support to both new and existing CMS clients.
- Evaluate Cash Management Applications and documentation for thoroughness.
- Investigate, research, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Conduct daily report reviews, maintain and update necessary logs, perform callbacks, and identify and report any unusual or suspicious activities.
- Adhere to all Bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to effectively respond to sensitive inquiries or client concerns.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of collaborative work within a diverse team, alongside the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, demonstrating a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- General understanding of operational regulations, banking laws, and accounting principles.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor when engaging with clients and colleagues.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.
