We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our team at AdventHealth Waterman. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Decontaminate and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment to the highest standards
  • Prepare and assemble instrument trays and equipment sets according to count sheets and protocols
  • Monitor and maintain essential departmental supplies and equipment
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of sterilized instruments and equipment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Sterile Processing
  • 2+ years of experience in Sterile Processing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
