About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ENT Physician to join our dynamic team in Minot, North Dakota. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of otolaryngological issues, providing both medical and surgical care to patients of all ages.

Main Responsibilities
  • Disease Management: Diagnose and manage diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
  • Surgical Procedures: Perform surgical procedures as necessary to treat specific conditions.
  • Patient Care: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educational Support: Educate patients and families on conditions and treatment plans.
  • Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach and education programs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
  • Licensure: Valid state medical license for North Dakota, or ability to obtain one.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Care Commitment: Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
