Role Summary:
The Radiography Teaching Faculty will play a crucial role in shaping the future of students by delivering high-quality instruction in radiography. This position requires a passion for teaching and a dedication to fostering student success through innovative teaching methods and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Instructional Duties: Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that facilitate student learning in radiography. This includes:
a. Course Design: Create and distribute comprehensive course syllabi and select appropriate learning resources.
b. Teaching Delivery: Employ diverse instructional methods to enhance student engagement and provide timely feedback on assignments.
c. Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
d. Professional Development: Stay current with advancements in radiography and instructional technology.

2. Scholarly Engagement: Actively participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and conferences, to enhance teaching effectiveness.

3. Institutional Responsibilities: Fulfill various institutional duties such as advising students, participating in departmental meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

4. Community Service: Engage in community outreach and service activities that promote the institution's mission and values.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in radiography or a related field.
2. At least two years of full-time experience in the radiography profession.
3. A minimum of one year of teaching experience in an accredited program.
4. Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and licensure as a radiologic technologist.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in community college teaching and a commitment to student-centered education.
