Position Overview

The production associate is vital in executing various production tasks on a rotating basis to meet the daily objectives of the Ready to Cook (RTC) Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize tools and equipment to process products
  • Comply with all safety regulations and protocols
  • Monitor equipment operations and report any discrepancies
  • Adhere to USDA and GMP product standards
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment
  • Rotate through different roles within the processing department
  • Perform additional duties as required
  • Maintain consistent attendance
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to meet production line speed
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical Demands:
  • Standing for 8 – 10 hours daily
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Engaging in bending, stooping, twisting, and squatting
  • Performing repetitive hand-intensive tasks
Working Conditions:
  • Exposure to damp and cold environments
  • Operating loud machinery
  • Handling chemicals and fumes
