Undercover Retail Detective
AJ Squared Security is hiring an experienced Undercover Retail Detective to join our team. As an Undercover Retail Detective, you will work in plain clothes to detect and apprehend potential shoplifters. You will also use CCTV and other security systems to monitor activity in client locations. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our clients, and we offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Your estimated annual salary will be $70,000-$90,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Work undercover in plain clothes to detect and apprehend potential shoplifters
• Use CCTV and other security systems to monitor activity in client locations
• File complaints with police and testify in court as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies to prevent shoplifting
• Meet or exceed performance targets

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 6 months of verifiable retail store detective experience. You should be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess excellent communication skills.
