Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect potential security threats
  • Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to ensure the safety of our guests and employees
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing first aid and other necessary assistance as required
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Complete incident reports and other documentation to ensure accurate records of security-related incidents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience required, but prior experience in a security or law enforcement role is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
