Speech Language Pathologist - Pathology

Position: Speech Language Pathologist

This is a 13-week travel assignment for a Pathology Speech Language Pathologist.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Preferred experience: 1-3 years as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Additional certifications may be necessary for this role
  • Strong critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication skills are essential
  • Physical abilities: Ability to remain stationary, move about, and handle equipment as needed.
  • Responsibilities include: Communicating and collaborating with healthcare professionals, providing and coordinating patient care, monitoring patient responses, administering medications as ordered, and maintaining cleanliness and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Required Skills:
  • Interpersonal Skills - Ability to work effectively with diverse personnel while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Technical Skills - Proficiency in fine manipulation and ability to assist with procedures and equipment.
  • Mental Requirements - Ability to manage frequent public contact and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Sensory - Strong visual acuity and effective communication skills.
