In this role, you will play a vital part in the development and execution of clinical trials within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Your expertise in biostatistics will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data analysis, ultimately contributing to the advancement of groundbreaking medical treatments.
Position Overview:- Collaborate with project directors on the design and implementation of clinical trials, including protocol development and case report form creation.
- Conduct rigorous sample size calculations to determine optimal study participant numbers.
- Develop comprehensive Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) outlining the statistical methods to be employed in data analysis.
- Generate clear and concise interim and final reports summarizing key findings from clinical trials.
- Support Data Monitoring Committee (DMC) activities by providing insightful data analyses for their review and decision-making.
- Analyze data for regulatory submissions and publications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to ensure project transparency and collaboration.
- Master's degree or higher in Biostatistics or Statistics is required.
- Minimum of 3 months of experience working on clinical trials or relevant coursework is essential.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages, particularly SAS, is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for effective collaboration.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries is a significant advantage.
