We are seeking a skilled Construction Technician to join our team in the installation of telecommunications infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently installing conduit and cables, as well as performing various construction tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduit and Cable Installation: Place conduit and/or cables in trenches, splice conduit sections, and install couplers to complete construction tasks.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate tamps, jackhammers, core drills, concrete saws, and other equipment as needed.
  • Site Restoration: Restore the work site to its original condition, including refilling trenches and holes, tamping soil, and replanting vegetation.
  • Leadership Support: Assist leadership with various duties and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Clean and maintain company vehicles and equipment as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Class A CDL: Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with the team, leadership, and clients to ensure successful project completion.
  • Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting 50-150 pounds and working in various weather conditions.
  • OSHA Certification: Hold a valid OSHA certification.
