Pharmacist - Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team at The Golub Corporation. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of accuracy and efficiency in medication dispensing.

• Medication Dispensing: Administer medications to patients pursuant to valid prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department, including inventory management and third-party adjudication.
• Patient Counseling: Provide counseling and education to patients on medication use, dosage, and potential side effects.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train pharmacy interns, technicians, and associates, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Business Development: Participate in business development activities to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.
• Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the team to implement continuous quality improvement programs, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

• Licensure: Must be a licensed and registered pharmacist in good standing within the state of practice.
• Certifications: Immunization certification or agreement to complete.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage others and prioritize tasks.
• Education: 5-year Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy.
