We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Buyer to join our dynamic Purchasing department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying customer preferences and forecasting consumer trends to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate supplier options based on price, quality, and other factors to determine the best choices for our company.
  • Discover and purchase new products, ensuring their quality and popularity meet our standards.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal for our company.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and compliance with purchase contracts.
  • Monitor stock levels and plan purchases within budget.
  • Create reports on sales, budgets, and customer satisfaction to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster and maintain trust relationships with suppliers to promote fair dealing.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends by attending events, fairs, and exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and aptitude in effective negotiating.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of purchasing best practices and market research techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Expert problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
