Optician

We are seeking a highly skilled Optician to join our team at Sam's Club. As an Optician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with purchasing decisions, and maintaining the sales floor in the Optical area.

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintain the sales floor in the Optical area by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, and arranging and organizing merchandise.
• Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, process member purchases, and assist in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Sell Optical products and services by assisting members with purchasing decisions, measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses, and completing eyewear/contact lens orders.

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in optical sales or customer service preferred.
